SUMAN Vs. SECRETARY, RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATI RAJ

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to an Advertisement dated 06.07.2016, the petitioner applied for the post of Teacher Grade-III. The last date for submitting the application form was 01.08.2016 and the petitioner had submitted her form before the due date. However, showing her category as "Divorcee".

(2.) It is an admitted fact that on the date of submitting the application form, the petitioner had not been granted a decree of divorce and the same was issued on 31.01.2017.

(3.) This Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9649/2017 titled as "Suman Choudhary Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors." has rejected identical arguments advanced on behalf of the said petitioner.
