BHOLA RAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Convicted for the offences punishable under Sec. 279 and 338 IPC, the petitioner has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for three months for each offence and pay fine in sum of 200.00 convicted for the offence punishable under Sec. 337 IPC, the petitioner has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one month and pay fine in sum of Rs. 100.00.

(3.) The petitioner was the driver of a Jonga. It is alleged against him that due to he driving the Jonga rashly and negligently he caused the accident in which the passenger traveling in the bus was injured. The injury on the passenger name Jetha Ram is on the right elbow.
