(1.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging disobedience of order dated 20.7.2016 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Review Petition No.80/2016.

(3.) In the contempt petition, it is alleged by the petitioner that the respondents were required to take the petitioner on duty and issue necessary order so as to facilitate the transfer / movement and joining of the petitioner at 85 RCC/756 TF/AR K Location Pine Grove Old Ziro.
