RAMJAS PRADHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Misc bail applications under section 439 Cr.P.C. are preferred by the Accused/ petitioners in the matter of FIR No. 317/2013 registered at Police Station Phagi, District Jaipur, for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 336, 436, 283, 337 of IPC and Section 3 of PDPP Act.

(2.) Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that co-accused Sharwan, Om Prakash S/o Shri Govind Narain, Mukesh, Om Prakash S/o Shri Ramprasad, Pankaj, Iqbal, Kundan Singh, Hanuman Singh, Kala @ Kaluram, Satyanarain Chhiter, Ibrahim, Durgadas, Shankerlal S/o Shri Sultan and Shankerlal son of Shri Heeralal have already been released on bail and the case of present petitioners is not distinguishable than that of aforesaid co-accused, therefore, petitioners may be released on bail.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.
