JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this miscellaneous bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., 1973

(2.) F.I.R. No. 58/2006 was registered at Police Station Shambupura, District Chittorgarh for offence under Sections 302, 201 of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that the matter pertains to the years, 2006. Police has submitted a negative final report on 17.01.2008. Thereafter, after recording of the statements of the complainant, the Court have taken cognizance on 28.01.2015 and summoned the petitioners through non-bailable warrant.
