JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under section 439 of Cr.P.C., 1973

(2.) F.I.R. No. 140/2017 was registered at Police Station Transport Nagar Distt. Jaipur for offence under Sections 8/20 read with Section 8/29 of NDPS Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that as per the prosecution story 2 Kg. of Ganja was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Rest of the Ganja was recovered from the boot space.
