JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that the petitioner be permitted to change the subject in respect of the examination "Senior Teacher Competitive Exam Grade II 2016."

(2.) Briefly stated petitioner in pursuance of advertisement issued by Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer, Rajasthan, applied for post of senior teacher and had to undertake written competitive examination called "Senior Teacher Competitive Exam Grade II 2016".

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to oversight and inadvertence petitioner had exercised subject option for the second paper, as English.
