JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes up on an application for dispensing with service of respondents No.2&3.

(2.) The respondent No.2 is already represented by Mr. Dilip Singh Kurka, hence the application to that extent stands infructuous. The respondent No.3, the Returning Officer is obviously a proforma party. Therefore his service is dispensed with.

(3.) The application stands disposed of accordingly.
