JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming to be lawful owner & is in possession of the subject land in question in reference to which acquisition proceedings have been initiated under the National Highways Act,1956 and has made the following prayer :-

(2.) Counsel submits that what is being prayed for in the instant petition has been examined & decided by the Coordinate Bench in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17844/2016 along with other connected petitions vide judgment dated 2-2-2017.

(3.) In view of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench dated 2-2- 2017, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority u/S 3G (5) of the National Highways Act,1956 and if such application is filed it is expected from the authority to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
