JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Anand Sharma, Adv. is requested to accept the copy of the writ petition on behalf of UOI and he has agreed to do so.

(2.) The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to filing of their representations before the authorities relating to the selection on the post of Constable (GD) in CISF, BSF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP and Assam Rifles. The petitioners submit that Coordinate Bench of this Court has already decided the matter in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 2867/2017 on 17.05.2017 and other linked cases with regard to same examination on the post of Constable (GD), 2011 and the Court has already given direction to file representation.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court in earlier writ petition, the respondents have issued order dt.06.09.2017 whereby they called upon the representations of only those petitioners who had approached the Court earlier in first instance by way of litigation.
