JUDGEMENT

(1.) As per prosecution case, the marriage of Mst. Renu Sharma daughter of Mangalchand (PW-2) on 24.11.2008 was solemnized with Rahul @ Ravi s/o Roopnarain. Smt. Premdevi is mother-in-law of Mst. Renu Sharma.

(2.) The complainant Mangalchand (PW-2), father of Mst. Renu Sharma, in the Court, has set out the case that his daughter was being harassed by the accused for bringing inadequate dowry and after beating, she was turned out of her house and her father-in-law Roopnarain left her at parental home.

(3.) On the intervening night of 25th and 26th of August, 2009, Mst. Renu Sharma in her matrimonial home received burn injuries and was got admitted in the Burns Ward at S.M.S. Hospital, Jaipur.
