JUDGEMENT

(1.) Special Leave to Appeal Writ No. 3198/2017:

(2.) Case of Smt. Khetu was that she was applicant before the Municipal Board, Nokha for regularisation of shop No.25, Bus Stand Nokha and that the Municipal Board was not properly considering her case for regularisation of the shop. The direction issued by the learned Single Judge is that she should appear before the Executive Officer of the Municipal Board, Nokha and provided she deposits the requisite amount for regularisation, necessary orders would be passed.

(3.) In appeal the appellant states that he is the brother of Smt. Khetu and that his father, who would be obviously the father of Khetu, had been depositing the money although the application was in the name of Smt. Khetu. The appellant claims to be in possession of the shop.
