RAJESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) These three appeals are directed against common judgment dated 21.11.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bandikui, District Dausa (for short 'the trial court') whereby accused-appellants Rajesh, Shimbhu Singh and Dharmendra alias Pappu alias Dalal have been convicted and sentenced in the manner as indicated below:

(2.) All the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) The trial court further directed that amount of fine so imposed shall be given to the prosecutrix as compensation after expiry of period of filing appeal/revision as per provisions of Section 357 Cr.P.C.
