DEVI SINGH AND ANR. Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal arises out the decision of the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities), Balotra in Sessions Case No. 64/2001 dated 8.4.2003 whereby the accused appellant Devi Singh was convicted as under : <FRM>JUDGEMENT_154_LAWS(RAJ)7_2007_1.html</FRM>

(2.) Both the sentences of the two accused were ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) The accused Dhakar Ram was acquitted of the charges levelled against him.
