TEJENDRA SINGH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN & ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal miscellaneous petition under Sec. 482 Crimial P.C., is directed against the order dated 13.9.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, No. 1, Sriganganagar (for short 'the revisional Court' hereinafter), whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 28.1.2005 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sriganganagar (for short 'the trial Court' hereinafter), was dismissed.

(2.) By order dated 8.12.2006 notices for final disposal of petition were issued to the respondents, which have been served.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the orders impugned passed by both the Courts below.
