JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor for State and the counsel for the complainant and also perused the material on record.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and no case is made out against him. He further submits that as per the prosecution case itself the offence alleged to be made out against the present petitioner is primarily under Section 109 & 120-B I.P.C.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the complainant seriously opposes the bail application.
