DHOLA RAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and also perused the documents on record.

(2.) Mr. Balwada submits that bail of petitioner was rejected along with co-accused Radheshyam on 11.12.95. Thereafter, on intervention of Dy. Inspector General of Police the investigation was transferred to some other officer. On the basis of investigation made by some other officer and his report dt. 22.2.96 Radheyshyam was enlarged on vide order dated 26.3.96.
