JUDGEMENT

(1.) Annapurna has been produced by her father respondent-Bajranglal Sharma.

(2.) Shri S.R. Yadav has filed reply on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4. This case was heard in Chambers.

(3.) We have interrogated Annapurna and enquired from her whether she has been wrongfully confined and illegally detained by any person. She has specifically stated that she has been living with her father respondent - Bajrang Lal since 16.11.95 willingly at her own accord and that she has not been wrongfully confined or illegally detained by any person.
