JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) This petition has been filed under Section 482, Cr. P.C. against the order of Shri C. L. Bajaj, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chittorgarh dated 12-7-89 passed in Criminal Case No. 41/89 directing that cognizance be taken against the petitioners for the offence under Section 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Pschycotrophic Substances Act.

(3.) However, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the State perused the record.
