JUDGEMENT

(1.) ALL these 12 writ petitions involve common questions of law and facts therefore they are disposed of by a common order.

(2.) FOR the convenient disposal of these writ petitions the facts of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1097 of 1986: Budhra Ram v. Rajasthan and Ors. are taken into consideration:

Dave, learned Counsel appearing for the State has brought to my notice the order of the State Government dated 8 -7 -1986 whereby the diploma obtained from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidhyalaya, Jabalpur has been recognised by the Government upto 1985 -86.
