JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the direction of the Court, the Public Prosecutor takes notice.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

(3.) The petitioner's application for release of Jeep RJF 2493 was rejected, as it was found involved in transport of opium. On two occasions earlier, as well, according to the prosecution it was so used. The jeep is said to possess some special characteristics.
