JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Sec. 483 B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No. 94/2025, registered with the Police Station Harnavda Shahji, Distt. Baran for offence under Ss. 8, 15 and 25 of NDPS Act.

(2.) Heard and considered the submissions made the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material available on record.

(3.) The first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dtd. 8/5/2026.
