JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant bail application has been filed under Sec. 483 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.369/2024 registered at Police Station Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur City (East) for the offences under Ss. 323, 341, 392, 420, 421 and 120-B IPC.

(3.) Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor assisted by counsel for the complainant and also gone through the material made available on record including copy of plaint of a suit filed by the complainant.
