JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a joint petition filed by 45 petitioners, who as alleged are working under the NRHM Scheme on contractual basis and were engaged from 2007, 2008 and 2010 respectively on consolidated wages of Rs.12,000/- with 10% yearly increment.

(2.) The advertisement was notified by the respondents dt.10.07.2013 holding regular selections of various posts including the post of Accountant Assistant.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioners is that after issuance of the Notification dt.10.07.2013 the selection process for the post of Accountant Assistant has not been initiated by the respondents and the petitioners' fate is completely in lurch as they are working on the post of Accountant on contractual basis for sufficient long time and the process for making regular appointment has not been initiated by the Government since 2005 without any justification.
