JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though the matters comes on an application filed by the respondents for vacating the interim order, the parties have been finally heard on the writ petition.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Art. 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved against orders passed by the two courts below, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 Code of Civil Procedure and appeal arising therefrom have been rejected.

(3.) The petitioner filed a suit for permanent injunction against the State and its authorities, where after respondent Nos. 6 to 9 were impleaded as party to the suit.
