JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.13/2015, Police Station Bakhasar, Dist. Barmer for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.

(3.) The petitioner is in judicial custody for Magistrate triable offences. The other cases which are registered against the petitioner do not involve similar offences which are applied in the present case. Investigation and trial of the case is likely to consume time.
