JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By this revision petition, the petitioner, who is a "juvenile in conflict with law " has challenged the order dated 25.6.2016 passed by Sessions Judge, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 16.6.2016 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board No.1, Jaipur in FIR No.247/2015, Police Station Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur for the offences under Sections 143, 307 & 120-B IPC readwith Sec. 3/25 of Arms Act.

The bail application filed by the petitioner under Sec. 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act ") before the Juvenile Justice Board No.1, Jaipur was rejected vide order dated 16.6.2016 mainly on the ground that if benefit of bail is granted to the petitioner, it is likely to expose him to moral, physical and psychological danger and he may come in contact with criminal persons and it would defeat the ends of justice.
