JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this revision petition, the petitioners are aggrieved by the judgment dated 03.03.2009, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Merta (hereinafter "the appellate court") only to the extent that they were ordered to pay cost of prosecution of Rs.7,500/- for their release on probation.

(2.) Heard the counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order dated 03.03.2009, passed by the appellate court.
