GIRI RAJ Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) - These appeals have been filed by the accused appellants aggrieved against the judgment dated 13.8.1997 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Rajsamand in Sessions Case No. 89/1996, whereby, the appellants have been convicted for the offence under Sec. 304 Part II I.P.C. and Sec. 286 I.P.C. and have been sentenced as under:-

(2.) Under Sec. 304 Part II I.P.C. - 3 years R.1. and fine of <FONT FACE="rupi foradian">L 2000.00 and in default of it two months imprisonment.

(3.) Under Sec. 286 I.P.C. - 6 months R.1. and fine of <FONT FACE="rupi foradian">L 1000.00 and in default of it one month imprisonment.
