JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 14.05.2013, whereby the writ petition (No.5555/2013) filed by the appellant has been dismissed on the ground that respondent Alwar Urban Cooperative Bank Limited does not fall within the purview of State under Art. 12 of the Constitution of India.

(2.) The appellant/preferred the aforesaid writ petition seeking direction to the said Bank to give her compassionate appointment in place of her deceased husband late Shri Sushil Kumar Sharma, who died while in their service. She also prayed for a direction to grant her family pension.

(3.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for final disposal of the appeal.
