JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has moved this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) The allegation in this FIR pertains to offences under Section 13(1)(C)(D)/13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 193, 409 and 120B I.P.C.

(3.) The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the present petitioner is a lady, who has already joined the investigation and the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
