JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No.100/2015, Police Station Kotwali Churu, District Churu for the offence under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC.

(2.) The present petitioners were not the beneficiaries and only witnesses of the said Will.

(3.) Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
