(2.) Shri Devendra Singh, I.O. who investigated the matter at the relevant point of time, is present in Court pursuant to the directions given on 22.2.2016.

(3.) The instant bail application under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.27/2013, Police Station Nana, District Pali for offence under Sec. 8/15 of the NDPS Act.
