(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on the record.
(2.) The instant fourth bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.76/2015 registered at Police Station Nathdwara, District Rajsamand for the offences under Sections 419 and 420 of the IPC.
(3.) The petitioner is in custody in connection with the above case from 25.02.2015. He earlier approached this Court for release on bail, however, such bail application (4158/2015) was rejected by this Court on 07.07.2015. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.6037/2015 which was decided on 03.08.2015 and while rejecting the Special Leave Petition, the petitioner was given liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial was not completed within a period of six months from the date of the said order.
