JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 16.7.2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge No.1, Hindaun City, Karauli.

(2.) Brief facts to the case are that the complainant lodged an FIR under Section 306 read with section 34 IPC at PS Hindauncity, Karauli against the petitioner. During the course of investigation, the petitioner moved an anticipatory bail application before the court below who vide order dated 9.10.2015 dismissed the bail application.

(3.) Against the said order, the petitioner moved the bail application before the court, but this court vide order dated 15.12.2015 dismissed the bail application with the following observations :
