JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondent had faced trial in F.I.R. No.364/2008, registered at Police Station Moti Dungri (East), District Jaipur, offence under Sec. 8/20 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(2.) Trial court vide order dated 27.11.2012, ordered the acquittal of the respondent. Hence, the present appeal by the State.

(3.) I have heard Learned State Counsel and have gone through the record available on the file carefully.
