JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.

(2.) The instant bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., 1973 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Khema Ram who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 112/2014, Police Station Sadar, Nagaur for offence under Section 8/15 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
