JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.

(2.) The instant bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.16/2016, Police Station Suhagpura, District Pratapgarh for offences under Sections 436, 452, 323, 147, 148 and 149 IPC. Co -accused Kesuram, Kishanlal and Ambalal have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 11.4.2016 and the petitioners' case cannot be said to be distinguishable from their case.

(3.) In this view of the matter and having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioners.
