This petition is directed against the order dated 21.6.12 of the Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer, whereby a revision petition preferred by the State of Rajasthan under Section 65 of the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 ("the Act"), against the order dated 18.9.06 passed by the Collector (Stamp), Bhilwara rejecting the reference made by the Deputy Registrar (Stamp), Shahpura, stands dismissed.
