M/S PARKIN LABORATORIES & ORS Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the Criminal Complaint No.(562-A/2003)248/2010 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banswara filed against the petitioners under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

(2.) After attempting to argue the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to raise all their grounds before the trial court at appropriate stage.

(3.) The criminal misc. petition is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
