JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is serving as a Medical Officer and it is not disputed that she was initially appointed on temporary basis as Medical Officer vide order dated 26.09.1995 and after her selection through the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, she was appointed vide order dated 23.08.1996 on probation for a period of two years.

(2.) While in service she submitted an application u/R.50(1) of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996 to seek voluntary retirement w.e.f. 30.05.2012 on completion of 15 years of qualifying service addressed to the appointing authority dated 13.02.2012.
