JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.

(2.) The instant bail third application under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.262/2014, Police Station Hindumalkot, District Sri Ganganagar for offences under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307 IPC.

(3.) The petitioner's earlier bail application was dismissed on 11.5.2015 giving him liberty to move fresh a bail application after the examination of the injured and the medical officer.
