(1.) Mr. Mahendra Goyal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that he has been instructed by the Jaipur Development Authority to say that a plot shall be allotted to the petitioner in Prithvi Raj Nagar Scheme within six weeks from today and an allotment letter shall be issued to the petitioner accordingly within the said period. Mr. Mahendra Goyal has further submitted that after issuance of allotment letter within six weeks from today in case the petitioner complete necessary formalities by submitting stamp papers, photographs and requisite fee, upon registration of lease deed, peaceful vacant possession of the plot shall be handed over to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
(2.) The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present contempt petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made by Mr. Mahendra Goyal, the learned counsel for the respondent.
