JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction to expunge the remark "Average" assigned to the petitioner, a Judicial Officer, in the year 2010.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that as per the work disposal, the petitioner deserves to be assessed as "Good" officer and there is no just reason to treat him as "Average" officer.

(3.) We have perused the original record of the officer made available by learned counsel for the respondent. The relevant record discloses that the Reporting Officer assessed working of the officer concerned under different heads and on the basis of that found him an "Average" officer.
