JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application has been filed by applicant- Dalip Kaur seeking recall of the order dated 13.11.2014 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3064/2013.

(2.) The writ petition was filed by legal representatives of Jagtar Singh aggrieved against judgment dated 21.02.2013 passed by the Board of Revenue, Order dated 16.03.2005 passed by Revenue Appellate Authority, Hanumangarh and order dated 07.07.2003, passed by the SDO, Tibbi.

(3.) During the pendency of the writ petition, an application was filed by the parties seeking disposal of the writ petition in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.
