JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant special appeal is directed against order of the ld.Single Judge dt.22.07.2015.

(2.) There is a delay of 104 days in filing of the instant special appeal, in support whereof application has been filed u/Sec.5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay.

(3.) We have heard counsel for the parties and satisfied that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Consequently, the application u/Sec.5 of the Limitation Act is allowed and the delay is accordingly condoned. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard on merits.
