JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 130/2014, Police Station Bagoda, Dist. Jalore, for the offences under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, and 308/149 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record.

(3.) The petitioners are in custody in this case from 14.12.2014 for the above offences. None of the injuries caused to the injured Dinesh was on the vital parts of his body.
