LALA RAM; ANCHI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal under Section 374(2) of Cr.P.C. filed by the accused-appellants against the Judgment and Order dated 12.07.1990 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Barmer in Sessions Case No. 66/1989 whereby the accused-appellants were convicted and sentenced as under :- <FRM>JUDGEMENT_133_LAWS(RAJ)9_2016.html</FRM>

(2.) As per the prosecution case, Moolaram (P.W. 10), brother of the deceased, submitted a written report on 26.07.1989 that when he was in his Dhani, one Doongar Ram informed him that his sister, namely, Sugni W/o Lalaram has fallen into the well and died.

(3.) Thereafter, he went towards the site along with Doongar Ram. The body was recovered from the well and he identified the same to be of his sister Sugni.
