JUDGEMENT

(1.) These writ petitions involve common questions of facts and law and are thus being decided together by this single order.

(2.) The petitioners herein hail from T.S.P. Area and are aspiring for the posts of Teacher Gr.III advertised by the Director, Elementary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner for the TSP areas in Rajasthan vide notification Annexure-5 dated 6.7.2016. The mandatory qualification required for selection on the advertised posts is certificate of REET/RTET with minimum 60% marks. The petitioners herein applied for the said certification, the test whereof was conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer.

(3.) A case has been set up by the petitioners that the Board invited online applications from the concerned aspirants for appearing in the said examination. However, the online portal provided by the Board was full of errors and flaws due to which the petitioners herein could not fill their categories properly. In the case of Asha Katara being writ petition no. 9163/2016 even the name of the applicant in the REET application has been recorded in a highly distorted manner.
