DALEEP Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal appeal under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'the Code' hereinafter) is directed against the judgment and order dated 7-11-2001 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Nohar, district Hanumangarh (for short 'the trial Court' hereinafter) in Sessions Case No. 28/2001, whereby the trial court convicted and sentenced the appellant for the offences under Sections 376 and 450 IPC as under:

(2.) It was further directed by the trial court that on depositing the fine amount, a sum of Rs. 10,000/- be paid to the victim of rape as compensation.

(3.) Aggrieved by the judgment and order impugned, the appellant has filed the instant appeal.
